FedEx offers door-to-door International Priority ® Service. Under I.P service it is our responsibility to pickup, arrange transport , complete customs procedures and deliver it to the recipient in time. Every shipment is backed by Money Back Guarantee in case of Service Commitment failure. 

        At present FedEx serves more than 215 countries under  I.P Service category.

       Our normal pickup time is between 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Dhaka, Narayangonj, Chittagong, Khulna and Sylhet.

       Every Non-Dox FedEx shipments are cleared within 1 to 3 days upon arrival if authorized by our customer to do so. If a shipment weighs no more than 5 K.G or is not valued more than US$100.00, it will be cleared on the same day of its arrival.

       It is our responsibility to provide the Packing materials for the shipments so that the shipment reaches it's destination in intact condition. If in any circumstance any shipment gets damaged en route to it's destination, FedEx will reimburse the Package's declared value.
